Two things Jesus did, met you where you were and focused on where you were going. We are a "meet you where you are" church mostly because we've never forgotten where we've been. Just ask some of us.

 

Our setting as well as our dress is casual, but we take the word of God seriously. We tend to stick around a while after service to chat and sometimes someone might even bring in some food to share.

 

We are a church built on three basic principles:

• Being Christ centered... 

• Saving souls... 

• Maturing the souls that are saved...

Being Christ centered is striving to live a life based on love and the examples set by Jesus during his time here on earth. He died for us so we could live for him. (ll Cor. 5:15)

 

It is not the desire of God to lose a single soul (II Peter 3:9) therefore saving souls must be important to us as well. We are excited to share the benefits of the Kingdom with you.

 

Finally, the place or condition where you are is not necessarily where you want to stay. Growing is a normal part of life. Maturing spiritually means learning how to apply in life what you've learned. (Heb. 5:11-14) You never fully arrive, but we're all trying to be better.

 

Sound principles are only as good as the soil in which they are anchored. For us, worship is that soil, giving meaning to our name; Lion of Judah, which literally means Strength of Praise.
